Welcome to my website! This is my 27th year of teaching! I am as excited as ever and looking forward to a great year! This year I am teaching Senior English, Sophomore English, and Freshman Honors English.
I have taught at Gravette for twenty years, and before that I taught in both Arizona and Iowa. I enjoy challenging my students to think for themselves. Literature and writing are the focuses in my classroom.
When I am not teaching, I enjoy scrapbooking, cooking, and spending time with family and friends.
I received my Bachelor's Degree in Secondary Education from the University of Northern Iowa. I have graduate hours from Arizona State University and Mankato State University.
