The Gravette School District logo is the cornerstone of our visual identity. Our Gravette Lion is a registered trademark and may not be altered in any way. A trademark licensing program gives the district control over its logo, thus ensuring the quality and consistency of all uses and merchandise. The Gravette School District Gravette Lion logo is protected by law. Note: While we may or may not approve your business to use our logo, it's important to clarify that this approval does not constitute an endorsement of any product or service you offer. Our logo is provided for specific use only and does not imply any partnership or endorsement of your business by our organization.

Gravette affiliated parent-teacher organizations, departments within our school district, Gravette Athletic Booster Club, Gravette Lions Band Boosters and other district units do not need approval to use the district’s trademarked logo for official use.

USAGE RULES

The Gravette Lion logo (s) provides immediate brand recognition and connects our schools to the district as a whole.

• Any business that address falls within the Gravette School District that also has a legal business license may request usage of our Gravette Lion logo by submitting a request form to our Administrative Office. Click HERE TO ACCESS THE REQUEST FORM.

• If your application is denied, you must wait 6 months before applying again.

• Usage of our trademarked logo expires in one calendar year. At this time, businesses have the opportunity to renew this option by going through the application process again.

• Our trademarked logo may be reproduced only from original master copies (these will get sent to you via email if approved). This ensures all products associated with the Gravette School District are of the highest quality.

PLEASE NOTE: The agreement between the Gravette School District and said business will be immediately rescinded if it is determined that the use of the Gravette Lion trademarked logo is in conflict with the mission, vision, and values of the Gravette School District and/or Gravette School Board of Education.

PROHIBITED USE

• Alcohol, tobacco, illegal substances, religious, and sexually explicit graphics/descriptions are prohibited in conjunction with the Gravette School District's wordmarks or trademarks.

• Implying endorsement, approval, or underwriting of any organization, product, activity, service, or contract by the Gravette School District is prohibited.

• Businesses may not use the district’s trademarks to promote their products or services in print advertising, radio, television, websites, banner, merchandise or apparel, etc. without written permission from our Administration.

• Businesses may not establish a permanent statue or icon or paint a mural on the front or inside of a place of business that includes the district ’s trademarks or likenesses without written permission from our Administration.

• Individuals or organizations may not use the district’s trademarks in conjunction with a candidate for political office or policy/legislative issues without written permission from our Administration.

• The Gravette School District does not allow its trademarks to be used in conjunction with not-for-profit organizations unless the association is tied to a specific campus department or event.

BUSINESSES IN GOOD STANDING:
