21st Century After School Program

The 21st CCLC Program provides afterschool tutoring, homework help, learning, and enrichment time with a certified teacher. Parents need to fill out an application and attendance contract for their student(s) to take part. The program is offered to students in K-8th grade and is free! We have a limited number of spots available. If the program fills up, students will be placed on a waiting list.

Where can I get the application and attendance contract?

This must be completed. It can be returned to the front office of your child's school. You can also email them to the Program Director or Site Coordinators.

When is the program open?

The program starts Tuesday, September 5th. We are open Monday-Thursday and closed on Fridays. We are open from when the kids get released from school until 5:30p.m. Please make sure your child is picked up by 5:30p.m. During the weeks of parent/teacher conferences, our program will be closed. Parent/Teacher conferences for the 2022-23 school year are from October 23-October 26 and February 20-February 23. The program's last day will be around the middle of May.

What happens if there is severe weather?

If school is closed due to severe weather or snow, the 21st CCLC will not be open. We will also not be open on days when bad weather causes an early dismissal time.

What will my student(s) be doing in the program?

We start the afternoon off with a snack. Then the children break up into grade levels and go to classes where they get an hour of tutoring/homework help/learning/enrichment time with a certified teacher. After this, we have our physical activity time. The children go outside and play until they get picked up!

Location is to be determined.

To all parents: Please complete this survey for Gravette's After School program, whether your child actively participates or not. Thank you!
