Gravette FBLA Competitors

Twenty-two Gravette Future Business Leaders of America members traveled to Little Rock this week to compete at the State Leadership Conference against more than 3,000 students. Gravette High School students brought home multiple top-ten finishes and two state championships.

During the conference, Gravette FBLA was officially recognized as the second largest chapter in Arkansas with 122 members. This milestone places our chapter ahead of schools double and triple our size.

Several Lions placed in the top tier of their respective categories. Autumn Brown, Leo Padilla, and Sam Moore earned first place in Banking and Financial Systems. Holden Jeffries also secured first place in Job Interview.

Second place honors went to Caylee Roughton, Keira Ralph, and Kinsley Burrow for Event Planning. Jacob Struble took second place for Intro to Business Concepts. Bailey Flynt, Kennedy Flynt, and Ella West earned second place for Social Media Strategies. Grace Finley achieved fourth place in Public Speaking.

Our students continued to fill the top ten rankings. Rome Parker, Hadley Robinson, and Molly Flynt earned fifth place in Intro to Social Media Strategies. Michael Bassing, Emma Garrett, and Ethan Davis took seventh in Sales Presentation. Bobby Flippo placed seventh in Networking Infrastructures. Jacob Goodall secured ninth place in Advanced Accounting.

Competing against thousands of students from across the state requires preparation and focus. These results show what happens when students take ownership of their education and put their skills to the test. Congratulations to all our FBLA competitors for representing our community on the state level.
