Get ready for Homecoming Week! This year's Homecoming is on September 24th. The theme is "Switching up Homecoming". We're encouraging our students to dress up throughout the week and show their Lion Pride!
Dress up days will be:
Monday, Sept. 20 - College vs Elementary
Dress like a frat / sorority student or young kid
Tuesday, Sept. 21-
Razorback or Rival
Wear Razorback gear or any other favorite college gear
Wednesday, Sept. 22-
Summer vs Winter
Wear Hawaiian or Christmas themed outfits
Thursday, Sept. 23-
Cowboy vs Animal
Dress like a cowboy or an animal
Homecoming Day!
Friday. Sept. 24-
Orange vs Black
Freshmen and Sophomores wear black
Juniors and Seniors wear orange
Everyone else- Show your PRIDE
Wear Orange and Black
The Homecoming Parade will begin at 10 a.m. on Friday, September 24th. Students need to be lined up and ready by 9:45 a.m. The GHS Pep-Rally will be at 2 p.m. and the Homecoming Game will be at 7 p.m. against the Elkins Elks. The Homecoming Ceremony will be at 6:30 p.m. before the game. Show up and show your Lion Pride! If you can't make it, watch the game on GHSTV.
The Homecoming Dance is on Saturday, September 25th between 8p.m. - 10:30p.m. inside the GHS Commons.
