Office Hours
The GDE office will be open from 7:30 a.m. - 4 p.m on days when school is open. We will schedule appointments if parents/guardians need one. You can call the office at (479) 787-4120 for appointments.
Yearly Checkout/Pickup Procedures
If throughout the year you need to make a checkout or transportation change, please notify the office in a timely manner. Checkout or transportation changes need to be submitted before 2:45 p.m. on Monday-Thursday and before 2:00 p.m. on Fridays.
Parking is not allowed during morning drop-off or afternoon pick-up. Parents/guardians must go through the car rider line. If you have students that attend other schools in the district, go ahead and pick them up first. It takes our students a little longer to dismiss. Please do not have your other children that attend classes in another building walk over to GDE. We want to keep everyone SAFE! Please put students' names on their backpacks. Names can be written on the outside or the inside of the backpacks. This will help us get your child to the correct classroom. You can find a map and bell schedule for GDE here.
