Project Prom

Prom night doesn’t end at midnight for Gravette High School juniors and seniors. Project Prom returns this year with casino games, tournaments, late-night food, and over $20,000 in prizes, all completely free to students and their approved guests.

Sponsored by Gravette families, churches, businesses, and civic groups, Project Prom transforms the space into an after-hours celebration filled with games, giveaways, and nonstop entertainment. The night features casino tables including Texas Hold ’Em and Blackjack, an inflatable slide, a trucker hat bar, photo booth, bingo, and team competitions. A live auction begins at 3:00 a.m., where only juniors and seniors can bid using chips earned from activities throughout the night. Guests are welcome to attend and may gift their chips to a GHS junior or senior before the auction begins.

There’s no cost to attend, and no registration is required, but students who sign up in the high school office during the week before prom will be entered into bonus cash prize drawings. Every attendee will receive an initial set of chips at the door and can build their total through games, challenges, and other activities. The more they participate, the more they can earn and spend at the auction.

To keep the environment relaxed and student-friendly, doors open at midnight and lock at 12:30 a.m. All students are required to turn in their car keys at the door, and any early departure must be accompanied by a parent or guardian with a physical sign-out. Outside food or drink is not permitted, and school-appropriate casual clothing is encouraged. Students are also advised to bring a phone charger to stay connected throughout the night.

Project Prom

Project Prom has become a tradition supported by the broader Gravette community as a way to give students a prom night they’ll remember for all the right reasons. It’s a night offering a smart choice for life experiences, ones that students can enjoy fully, surrounded by friends, without missing a beat.

The best nights aren’t about trying to impress anyone, they come from choosing what actually fits who you are and where you’re headed. Project Prom isn’t just about having fun, it’s a chance to own your choices and enjoy a night that feels right.
