The agenda for this 30-minute meeting will include:

  • A Q&A Session

This informative session will be hosted by our Title I teachers—Tera Leroy (GDE), Sierra Fitts (GUE), and LaDonna Ragland (GMS).

What is Title I?

Established under the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965, Title I provides federal funding to schools serving communities in proportion to their economic needs. The program’s primary goal is to help students meet challenging state academic standards.

Title I benefits not only children who face obstacles to learning but also the entire school community by promoting:

  • Enhanced instruction and targeted resources

  • Strategies to close achievement gaps

  • Supportive learning environments

  • Family engagement opportunities

We look forward to seeing you there and partnering with you for student success.
