Lori Miller A Cut Above Award

The Gravette School Board periodically gives out the "A Cut Above Award." The Cut Above Award is given to a staff member who excels at the 3 A's: Attendance, Attitude , and Action. Gravette staff members nominate their coworkers for this award. This month we honored first grade teacher Lori Miller and Gravette Middle School Custodian Jennifer Knox. Here are a few things our staff said to praise Lori and Jennifer.

"Lori is consistently present both physically and emotionally for our students and staff. Her reliability ensures that our school runs smoothly, and her steady presence provides comfort and consistency for everyone around her. She radiates positivity. She greets each day with warmth, encouragement, and a genuine love for our school community. Her uplifting attitude spreads quickly, creating an environment where students and colleagues feel supported, valued, and inspired."

"Lori always gives her very best. Whether she is helping a student, supporting a coworker, or taking on a new responsibility, she approaches every task with excellence and dedication."

"Lori Miller is the type of staff member who makes our building a better place simply by being here."

Jennifer Knox A Cut Above

"This school year, Jennifer has consistently demonstrated exceptional dedication, willingly assuming additional responsibilities whenever necessary. Her sustained efforts reflect a steadfast commitment to the success and well-being of our school community. She exemplifies the qualities embodied in the phrase “A Cut Above,” and her contributions are sincerely appreciated."

"Walking through Gravette Middle School each day you can see the pride Jennifer and her fellow building staff take to take care of the building, staff and student needs. She helps keep a building of almost 600 people running each day."
