Parents/Guardians we ask that you call the front office or email one of our office staff with any questions. The office is limiting visitors to allow for a smoother process and as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. The GMS office will be open from 7:30 a.m. - 4 p.m on days when school is open. We will schedule appointments if parents/guardians need one. You can call the front office at 479-787-4100 and select option 3 for GMS. If you have a pressing concern or are needing forms, we ask that only one person from each family enter the office when possible. The GMS office staff are devoted to keeping all students safe. Check-In Procedures
We kindly ask that you do not enter the building with your child for check-in. Students checking in to the office with a doctor's note or other late check-in reason do not need their parents with them. The front office workers will check in your student through an online process. Parents/guardians do not need to sign in their students for a late check-in.
Checkout Procedures
When checking out a student, please refrain from bringing multiple people into the office. Only one parent or guardian needs to enter the office to check-out a student.
