Gravette Upper Elementary students put together a video demonstrating Habit 4 of the 7 Habits of Happy Kids. Two GUE lions face a decision when asked to either write or illustrate a comic book. When both students want to work on the project, they must decide how to handle the assignment.
The Leader in Me program at all of Gravette Schools uses FranklinCovey's 7 Habits of Highly Effective People adapted for students to help practice decision-making, goal-setting, and teamwork. Habit 4, Think Win-Win, encourages individuals to seek outcomes where everyone benefits.
