New Student Enrollment

Enrollment 2024-2025

We are excited you are interested in enrolling in the Gravette School District! Please read the information below to learn more about the enrollment process.

  • If you are unsure if your home falls within Gravette School District, please use this link to locate your address and see.

To Register for the 2024-25 school year, follow these steps:

  • Click one of the links below to take you to PowerSchool (our online enrollment platform).

  • You will be asked to create an account with a username and password (you will only need to create ONE account per household).

  • IMPORTANT: Write down the username and password you created for future use.

  • Follow the instructions to register your student(s).

ENROLLMENT IS NOT COMPLETE UNTIL A POWERSCHOOL APPLICATION HAS BEEN SUBMITTED AND ALL OF THE FOLLOWING ITEMS HAVE BEEN FURNISHED TO THE SCHOOL OFFICE:

  • One type of proof of residency required (choose one of the three options below):

    • Current utility bill (gas, water, electric) showing parent’s name and address

    • Current real-estate property tax receipt 

    • Rent or lease agreement (NOTE: Cable bills, insurance bills, satellite or phone bills, personal property tax, mortgage statement, etc. are not considered acceptable forms for proof of residency)

  • Copy of the child's birth certificate

  • Copy of the child's social security card

  • Up-to-date Immunization Record

  • Comprehensive Physical Exam (Kindergarten Only)

What's Next?
After you submit your student's registration online, the record will be processed and reviewed by the school Office Registrar. Once the review is complete, you will receive an email to schedule your appointment to complete the enrollment process. Your student is NOT enrolled until you meet with your child's building registrar.
