In Arkansas, you have the option to choose the school you feel best suits your child's educational needs! Parents, you must submit a school choice application to the nonresident district along with a copy to the child's resident district. Applications are due by May 1st, 2023.

Our kindergarteners LOVE to test their math skills while they do stations in Coach Pittman's class! This kindergartner is telling Coach P that he has 10 points 👏 The learning never stops for our GDE lions 🧠
"Naughty is the new nice". Good try, Ms. Nina! But apparently, those mischievous elves don't think so! All but five of our staff members ended up on the naughty list this year 😮
“I’m guna find those naughty elves!” - 1st grader, Hank. 👀 I hope the elves have good hiding spots…our lions are on the lookout!!
Tilly LOVES when Principal Brecheen has lunch buddies! Nothing like a mid-day snack of cheeto dusted fingers 😋
On the 6th day till Christmas break…we wear ugly Christmas sweaters!
On the 7th day until Christmas break…we wear a Santa hat or other Christmas head gear. Our food service ladies love dressing up along with our lions! 🎅
Mrs. Sisemore's 1st-grade class ended the day with some playtime 😊 Derek said, "She has lots of toys to play with. The kinetic sand box is the BEST. It's like touching a fluffy cloud, but a cloud that does what you want."
Friends come in all shapes and sizes. Sometimes they come as a golden, curly haired, wet nosed dog named Tilly 🥰 There's nothing a good snuggle won't fix!
Tomorrow starts our 12 days until Winter break countdown 🎄 Wear your red, white, or maybe stripes tomorrow! We can't wait to see our lion's holiday spirit!
Mrs. Pruitt’s 2nd-grade class made good choices ALL DAY and got rewarded with free time this afternoon! Some caught up on reading while others played with play-doh 🙂
