Mrs. Bassing's junior English classes were busy last week writing and decorating Christmas letters and ornaments for senior citizens! They partnered with the Billy V. Hall Senior Center in Gravette. They are hoping the letters and paper ornaments will brighten the senior's holiday season! Students also had the option to write to their own elderly family members, but many opted to write MORE than one letter and/or create multiple ornaments for the Senior Center too. Students learned how to format, address, and mail a personal letter as well as make a positive impact on their community! Mrs. Miller’s juniors also participated, and we collected over 100 letters & ornaments! 🧡

Please note, to qualify for the Gravette Bright Futures Food Pantry, the student (s) who attend our district MUST live directly in your home and you must be their sole guardian. Distribution is one per household. Unfortunately, there are not enough supplies to distribute goods to student's extended family members who live outside their homes such as aunts/uncles, grandparents, etc. The GOOD NEWS is that there is another local pantry, Outreach 58:10, that can help! Details are below. We thank you for understanding! 🧡
