Keeping our students safe during their commute is a top priority. Share these tips with your children:

🚗 TRAFFIC ALERT: Gravette is hosting the 4A North Regional Volleyball Tournament this year! Traffic will increase near the volleyball gym during dismissal on Monday, October 20 through Wednesday, October 22. The games will bring extra vehicles into the main parking lot by the Volleyball Gym.
Please Be Aware:

It is easy to overlook the steady work and personal sacrifices that leadership requires when we rely on these individuals every day. Today we're taking a moment to express our gratitude for their guidance, knowledge, and commitment. The district would not function without them.
The Administrative Assistant and Communications teams partnered to share a simple gesture of appreciation, a homemade cinnamon roll from Granny’s Simple Blessings bakery and a card for each leader. Their collaboration and understanding of our community make Gravette a stronger district. They are the glue that holds everything together.

🎠 Gravette Middle School brought the carnival vibes for Midway Madness Wednesday! Bright colors and bold patterns filled the halls, turning the day into a walking fairground of fun.
Our “most spirited” students stood out with looks that included a squid hat, blue hair, bright green outfits, checkered patterns, and even a pink safety vest that lights up!

Westbound traffic may experience bottlenecks turning onto Stage Coach Road from around 3:20 P.M. through the evening. Volunteers and law enforcement will be directing traffic, but extra travel time is recommended.

🛌 Gravette Middle School kicked off Homecoming Spirit Week with Pajama Day! Students showed their school pride in cozy flannels, fun sleepwear, and creative bedtime looks.
Our top 5 most spirited students were recognized and each received a Little Debbie snack cake for their standout spirit.

🚀 Seventh grade science at Gravette Middle School reached new heights with their final project on the laws of motion. Students designed water-powered rockets, pressurized them with a bike pump, and launched them into the sky to test the principles of force, pressure, and acceleration.
To record the results, students used altitude trackers, standing at a set distance to measure each rocket’s maximum height. These observations gave them real data to compare rocket designs and think critically about what factors helped their rockets fly higher or stay airborne longer. Students saw Newton’s laws move from theory to reality, proving that science is best learned by doing.
This rocket launch is a popular project year after year, and it’s thanks to Mr. Leach’s effort creating classroom activities that are both fun and applicable to the real world. These activities keeps students excited about learning and shows them how science connects to everyday life. The photos capture just 8th period, but every group got the chance to launch and track their own rockets. 🦁🧡 #LionPride #GravetteSchools
