Christmas Break here we come!! β We will see you all back on Thursday, January 4th, 2024 π
Mrs. Bassing's junior English classes were busy last week writing and decorating Christmas letters and ornaments for senior citizens! They partnered with the Billy V. Hall Senior Center in Gravette. They are hoping the letters and paper ornaments will brighten the senior's holiday season! Students also had the option to write to their own elderly family members, but many opted to write MORE than one letter and/or create multiple ornaments for the Senior Center too. Students learned how to format, address, and mail a personal letter as well as make a positive impact on their community! Mrs. Millerβs juniors also participated, and we collected over 100 letters & ornaments! π§‘
