Great job 3rd, 4th, and 5th-grade students who exemplified amazing "effort" for the month of April. 🎉 The future is still getting BRIGHTER at GUE 💛 #experiencetheloveforlearning

Please consider keeping your child's cell phone and/or smart watch at home during ACT Aspire testing, which is next week May 2nd-6th.
If such devices come to school, to avoid any violation, impropriety, or irregularity during testing, GUE personnel are required to collect and hold all student cell phones and smart watches during test administration.
Thank you for understanding! 🦁

REMINDER, PARENTS ❗ GUE's Field Day is May 20th - mark your calendars. Students will need to wear clothes/shoes they can run and play in! There will also be a snack stand and snow cone machine that will be available for students to purchase treats. 💲 It's going to be a FUN day!

Congrats to our next GUE featured artist, Levi Harveston! Levi is in Mrs. Roach's 3rd-grade class. His favorite thing to draw is his dog, Stella, and he prefers to use a pencil ✏ Beautiful work, Levi!! Shout out to Mrs. Knuckles for instilling a love of art in our students. #experiencetheloveforlearning

What is Lexia? It is an online learning platform that our teachers utilize! Lexia focuses on literacy - helping students read, write, and speak with confidence - alongside their teacher's instructions. Mrs. Piatkowski's class is whizzing through their Lexia goals and having fun while doing it! 💻

HUGE shoutout to Mrs. Olson's 4th-grade student, Alayna. She is the first student in her class to complete her Lexia Reading Program! W-O-W! 👍#experiencetheloveforlearning

Miss. Rogers's 3rd-grade class spent Monday afternoon getting quality 1-1 time. Nothing like a little classical music in the background and independent learning time to help prepare for testing coming up 🧡 #experiencetheloveforlearning
